This is most high lighting part of our portal where the candidates get to
interact with the industry people who will expose the candidates in all the
areas as per the industry standards. On need to know basis the candidates
will know as to which company person they are interacting with and also
an opportunity to meet the person on a case-to-case basis i.e. after
completing the SRS document, after freezing the document & coding,
testing etc.
The industry, on its part, will extend support by identifying activities
project areas & by endorsing the mentors.
Frequent evaluation of the candidates will reveal their short falls and our
training division will assist & train if need be in areas like Technical, Goal
setting, Group discussion, Presentation, Communication, Attitude etc. we
don't leave the candidates Unless & until he/she is successful in their
